Yemi Adefisan is the Group Chief Executive of CITITRUST Holdings Plc, a leading Investment Holding Firm in Africa. He is a seasoned Investment Banker with over 21 years of post-graduate experience and practice in Finance, especially in Commercial, Retail and Investment Banking, Alternative Investments and Manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with Finance from the Edinburgh Napier University, UK, MSc. in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Salford, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chichester, UK, graduating with a Distinction and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM). He also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Science from Ladoke Akintola University, Oyo State.

Prior to assuming the current role, he served as the Executive Director, EAIN Capital Group, Regional Cash Card Manager at Skye Bank Plc, Managing Director, Crystal Microfinance Bank Limited, Relationship Manager at Pacific Bank Plc (now Unity Bank Plc), and Quality Control Inspector at Seven-Up Bottling Company Plc.

Yemi is an active member of numerous professional and industry associations. He is a distinguished Fellow of both the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (Chartered), Institute of Credit Administration, Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria and The Microfinance Association, United Kingdom. He is an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a Member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria, Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG), Member of the Global Advisory Council of Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC), United Kingdom.

He has attended several Executive Management and Board training programs at IESE Business School Barcelona, Spain. Lagos Business School, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA, The Housing Finance, Canada, and Strathmore University Business School, Kenya.

Alhaji Adamu Sambo is a seasoned professional with vast experience in capital market and financial analysis. He has well over 30 years cognate experience in the Nigerian financial system, with developed skills in the areas of investment advisory, packaging of capital issues, monitoring and investigation, training, manpower development and general human resource management.

Alhaji Sambo started his career as an Investment Executive at Bauchi State Investment and Property Development Company whereafter he joined the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Senior Supervisor and rose to the position of the Head of Monitoring Department through diligence and dedication to work.

Alhaji Sambo obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) both from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He further obtained a Masters degree in Islamic Banking and Finance (MIBF) from Bayero University Kano.

Alhaji Sambo is an associate member of various professional bodies including the Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Institute of Capital Market Registrars, and the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst of Nigeria. He is also a Fellow of the Portfolio Management Institute of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Treasury Management, and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC-NIg.)

Mr. Sido Ayodele Samuel is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who possesses over 20years experience in the Hospitality, Energy, Oil and Gas sector.

Mr. Sido has a National Diploma and a Higher National Diploma degree in Food Science and Technology both from the Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State. He is a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He is also a member of the Rotaract Club; a Commanding Officer of the Federal Polytechnic, Idah Naval Cadet Corps, as well as the Commander-In-Chief of the NYSC Road Safety Club, Ekiti State.

Mr. Sido joined Core Trust and Investment Limited as a Non-Executive Director where he applies his expertise and experience in creating business plans, developing organizational culture, reporting on revenue and directing the organization’s strategy.

Afolabi Levi who is a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional possess over 14 years’ experience in commercial banking and investment banking.

He joined Cititrust Group through Living Trust Mortgage Bank in December 2016, where he was the Chief Financial & Risk Officer. He handled large- volume of financial services. He specialized in preparing asset, liability and capital management and analysis, as well as analyzing financial options through careful risk and benefit options. His careful analytical mind as well as careful computation skills made him perform precise auditing task, ensuring that financial transactions were accurately represented.

He moved to Cititrust Holdings Plc. in the year 2021 and became the Group Chief Financial Controller. As Group Chief Finance Controller, he continued to apply his expertise and knowledge to the investment goals of the organization. His career in the financial Market made him gain in depth knowledge about the sector’s activities which he applies to his work.

In addition, Afolabi Levi is presently undergoing his Master’s Program in professional Accountancy at the University of London. His other professional qualifications include ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), Licensed International Financial Analyst (LIFA), FCCA (Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant), Chartered Fraud Examiner (CFE), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.

He is with no doubt a man of great capacity and will surely bring immense value as he comes on board.
