Adebanjo Bolanle Bukola is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with over 15 years of experience spanning legal advisory, corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and company secretarial duties. She currently serves as the Group Head of Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretary at Core Trust and Investment Limited, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and overseeing corporate governance structures.
Prior to joining Core Trust and Investment Limited in October 2024, Bolanle built a strong foundation in commercial law and civil litigation, working with Chief Ladi Rotimi-Williams (SAN) and Olayinka Olajuwon & Co. She collaborated closely with managing partners on a wide range of legal matters, gaining extensive expertise in: Debt recovery, Family law, Corporate legal practice & company secretarial duties, Regulatory compliance, Board reporting & legal advisory, Risk management, Shareholders & stakeholder management. She has provided legal advisory services in complex commercial transactions, representing a diverse clientele that includes Banks, Manufacturing firms, Waste Management companies, Investment firms, and facility management companies. Bolanle holds an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She further obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University, Washington, D.C., USA.
