Adolphus Aletor is the Managing Director of Care Trust and Investment Limited. He has over 25years of Corporate, Commercial, Retail and Microfinance banking experience.

Before joining Core Trust in February 2025, Adolphus was the managing director of Rigo microfinance bank limited, Group Head, New Business in Sterling bank Plc and a brief stint as the chief strategist of the same bank. He had also worked in several other banks like UBA Plc in 1999, NNB International Bank Plc, First Bank Plc, Skye Bank Plc and Universal Trust Bank Plc respectively before joining Equatorial Trust Bank Limited, which eventually merged with Sterling Bank Plc.

Adolphus holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) graduating with Distinction in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State Nigeria, MBA (Management) from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Microfinance expert, a certification governed by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Adolphus is an alumnus of the prestigious New York University (NYU) Stern Executive Education, Columbia University Graduate Business School, New York, Lagos Business School (LBS) and SBI Academy, India.
