Juliet Ojoma Ogah is the Group Head of Human Resources and Administration at Core Trust and Investment Limited. She is a human resource generalist with experience in the banking, non-governmental organization, real estate, and oil & gas industry.

Before joining Core Trust and Investment Limited, Juliet was the group, human resource manager for Rock Realty Limited. She started her career as a human resource business partner with Oceanic Bank Int’l Plc. now Eco bank Transnational Incorporated. Other places she has worked include Destiny Dredgers International Limited, Dove Generation International Youths’ Organisation, an NGO, and Fotofast Group. She is skilled at partnering with management teams to build employee-centric cultures, promoting positive morale and optimizing productivity. Experienced with HRIS and data-driven approaches for personnel management, benefits administration and organizational development.

Juliet has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management(CIPM), founding member of The Society of People Analytics (SPA), and holds a Certificate in The Foundations of Performance Management. She has attended several trainings.
